The Annual IEEE International Conference on Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management (IEEE IEEM) started IEEE Engineering Management Society Singapore Chapter has been successfully organized twice in Singapore, each time with close to 500 participants from more than 40 countries. The conference aims to provide a forum to disseminate, to all branches industries, information on the most recent and relevant innovations, theories and applications in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management. IEEE2009 will be held in Hong Kong. We hope the conference will continue to help link researchers and practitioners in different branches of industrial engineering and engineering management from around the world.
We welcome papers and proposals for special sessions/tracks on any topics in industrial engineering & engineering management and related areas.

Publication
All submissions will be peer reviewed by an International Program Committee. Accepted papers will be published in the IEEE conference proceedings, which will appear in the IEEEXplore database and indexed by Engineering Index (EI). Extended papers may be considered for special issues of selected international journals, subject to further review.
