At present, I am collecting data for my dissertation in the Doctor of Business Administration degree program at the University of Phoenix. My topic is MBA Effectiveness in non-OECD Countries: Perceptions of Leadership and Managerial Skills. The online survey samples three groups:
- MBA graduates situated in non-OECD countries
- MBA program administrators situated in non-OECD countries
- Recruiters of MBA graduates situated in non-OECD countries.
