    Dear colleagues,

    First, please forgive our cross postings.  We would like to invite you to attend the AoM  Caucas on:

    The Role of Cultural Intelligence in Cross-Cultural

    Management Research

    The purpose of this caucus is to provide a venue for conference participants to discuss issues related to research on cultural intelligence. Specifically, we would like to focus on the nature, antecedents, and consequences of cultural intelligence and its viability as a key topic in cross-cultural research more broadly. We hope to discuss salient issues that are likely to shape future research on the subject.  We have a world-class group of "participants" that bring with them a wealth of research expertise and practical experience.

    Organizers: Tjai M. Nielsen; George Washington U. & Sheetal Singh; U. of Maryland;
