Dear colleagues,
We have under preparation a paper that looks at abusive supervision, cultural values, and health related outcomes, using data collected from 615 full-time employees at three points in time over a 12-month time period in Japan.
We are writing to check if anyone is organizing a symposium for AOM 2015 around these (or related) topics and needs another paper.
The paper would likely fit symposia on as abusive supervision/dark side of leadership/cultural values in Asia/Japanese management/mental health, etc.
If our paper is appropriate for your symposium please contact us. Alternatively, we are happy to also help in jointly organizing a symposium, if there is sufficient interest.
