    Greetings Colleagues,

We are very pleased to let you know that the November issue of Management and Organization Review (5.3), which is a special issue on Social Exchange in Organizations, is now available. The special issue features many articles exploring the theme of organizational social exchange. This interesting issue begins with the guest editorial team’s development of a content, process, or mixed model classification system for social exchange research. There are also five articles related to social exchange, ranging from organizational membership, psychological contracts, cooperation characteristics in public-private partnerships, supervisor-subordinate guanxi, and leader-member exchange.

The abstracts are available to all and are linked through the table of contents below. If you do not have online access to the articles through your library or personal subscription, please contact the authors or the MOR office to request a copy of the article in which you’re interested.

We hope you enjoy reading these special issue articles!
