    Department of Management and Global Business

    The Department of Management and Global Business at Rutgers Business School—
    Newark and New Brunswick seeks an Assistant Professor in the area of
    Strategy, preferably with a secondary interest in International Business.

    The faculty members hired for these positions are expected to be located on
    the New Brunswick campus, but may be assigned to teach on either the Newark
    or New Brunswick campuses. Rutgers Business School--Newark and New
    Brunswick is fully accredited by AACSB, and the University is a member of
    the American Association of Universities (AAU), a highly selective
    organization composed of the 62 leading research universities in North
    America. Rutgers Business School--Newark and New Brunswick has over 4000
    students within a broad range of programs, and has a culturally diverse
    faculty and student body. We provide comprehensive business education at
    the undergraduate, masters, executive education and PhD levels, at two
    primary campuses (Newark and New Brunswick) and select locations in New
    Jersey. We deliver MBA level education both alone and in partnership with
    other institutions in select international settings, and strive to deliver
    an education valuable in a global context. The Department of Management and
    Global Business has world-renowned faculty with specialties in the
    Management of Innovation, Technology, and Knowledge; International
    Business; and Cross Cultural Management, Diversity, and Organizational
    Justice. The metropolitan area (including New York, New Jersey, and the
    Philadelphia region) includes one of the largest concentrations of global
    companies in the world.

    Candidates should be ABD or have a Ph.D. Preference will be given to
    candidates with evidence of research productivity and teaching experience.

    summary of dissertation for ABD applicants, evidence of teaching
    effectiveness, and three letters of reference. The deadline for submitting
    applications is December 15, 2005. The Recruitment Committee will begin
