Tenure-Track Faculty Positions in
International Management/Strategic Management
The <st1:placetype w:st="on">School</st1:placetype> of <st1:placename w:st="on">Management</st1:placename> at the <st1:placetype w:st="on">University</st1:placetype> of <st1:placename w:st="on">Texas</st1:placename> at <st1:city w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Dallas</st1:place></st1:city> is seeking to
fill tenure-track faculty positions in international management/strategic
management with preference given to candidates with a strong interest in
the interface between these two fields. The rank is open. The positions are
housed in the Organizations, Strategy, and International Management (OSIM)
area, and the appointment will be effective September 1, 2006.
Applicants must have a Ph.D. (or near completion) in a related discipline,
a demonstrated record of research excellence, and a strong interest in
training, collaborating with, and placing doctoral students. The
application deadline is December 1, 2005, although review of application
materials will begin earlier, and the search may be extended until the
positions are filled or the search is closed.
About OSIM: OSIM faculty are active in research. Two colleagues currently
serve as editors for the Journal of World Business and <st1:place w:st="on">Asia</st1:place> Pacific Journal
of Management. Our colleagues have served on the editorial boards of the
<st1:placetype w:st="on">Academy</st1:placetype> of <st1:placename w:st="on">Management</st1:placename> Journal, <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:placetype w:st="on">Academy</st1:placetype> of <st1:placename w:st="on">Management</st1:placename></st1:place> Review, Administrative
