    TRACK COVERAGE
    E-collaboration technologies are broadly defined here as technologies that
    enable collaboration among individuals engaged in a common task. Examples of
    such technologies are Web-based chat tools, Web-based asynchronous
    conferencing tools, e-mail, listservs, collaborative writing tools, group
    decision support systems, etc. The E-Collaboration Track invites papers on
    the design and implementation of collaborative technologies, assessment of
    the impact of collaborative technologies on organizations, and theoretical
    considerations on links between collaborative technologies and
    organizational outcomes.

    RECOMMENDED TOPICS
    The E-Collaboration Track encourages the submission of quality papers and
    panel and workshop proposals dealing with (but not limited to) the following
    topics:
    . Comprehensive reviews of previous studies on collaborative technologies in
    organizations.
    . Analyses of different research methods and their impact on the study of
    collaborative technologies in organizations.
    . Design, implementation, and assessment of e-business solutions.
    . Collaborative technologies impact on knowledge management and
    organizational learning.
    . Collaborative technologies use in distance learning contexts.
    . Collaborative technologies support for quality certification programs.
    . Collaborative technologies support for distributed process reengineering
    and process improvement
    . Design and evaluation of intelligent and collaborative technologies in
    organizational settings
    . Design and evaluation of asynchronous learning networks (ALNs) in
    organizational settings.
    . Organizational and national culture as moderating factors in the adoption
    and use of collaborative technologies in organizations.
    . Collaborative technologies support for the creation of virtual teams and
    virtual organizations
    . E-collaboration technologies to support innovation and creativity.

    Quality submissions to this track will be further considered for publication
    in the new International Journal of E-Collaboration!
