I am looking for questions in simplified Chinese for Mainland Chinese subjects so I can measure collectivism and power distance.  Could someone point me in the right direction to obtain measures used in the past? Thanks,

I have collected data using power distance and collectivism in simplified Chinese. I haven't had a chance to analyze its reliability and  validity. If you need it urgently, you may want to contact Professor Larry Farh at Hong Kong U. of Science and Technology.

    Good luck!

    Josh,

I don't know if this would help, but there is a book titled The Ropes to Skip and the Ropes to Know, which is written in both English and simplified Chinese. It is an OB book.
