    To celebrate the rebranding of the journal from Cross Cultural Management: An International Journal (CCM) to Cross Cultural & Strategic Management (CCSM), Emerald has made all articles in this year's first issue available free of charge! If you are clicking on the articles listed below for the first time, the link will direct you to Emerald's login page. If you already have a profile, simply log in and your free access to the articles will be immediately activated. If you don't have a profile, please register with Emerald. Once completed, your free access will be activated in the same way.

    In her editorial, Rosalie Tung provides further insights into the journal's broadened focus. This issue additionally contains two thought-provoking Distinguished Scholar Essays, one by Anne Tsui on responsible science and another by Yadong Luo on reverse adaptation, in addition to a number of great contributions by a diverse set of scholars!
