I am currently trying to benchmark best practices in PhD Scientist recruiting and selection. Does anyone know of any companies that use selection assessments or tests for hiring PhD Scientists ( e.g., biologists, chemists, etc.)? If so, do you know of what types of tests are being used (e.g., cognitive, personality, biodata)?
