The Center for Creative Leadership is inviting applications for a research track position in the area of Global Leadership and Diversity. This is a full time position in the Greensboro, NC office. The Center for Creative Leadership is the leading nonprofit institution dedicated exclusively to leadership. Our mission is to advance the understanding, practice, and development of leadership for the benefit of society worldwide. The Center's leadership development programs consistently rank among the best in executive education.
The Global Leadership and Diversity Research group conducts complex studies that have relevance both to advancing theory as well as to practical applications. CCL applies our research in our training, coaching, assessment, and publishing to create proven impact for leaders and organizations around the world.
The principal responsibility of this position is to conduct applied research on issues of global leadership in a context of diversity. Applicants for this position should have earned a PhD and have a record of managing research projects, applying the findings in organizations, and publishing the results. Our environment is team-based and good collaborative skills are essential.
