    As Co-Editor-in-Chief of <st1:personname w:st="on">GBOE</st1:personname>, I would like to invite you to submit your scholarly works for publication consideration in our international journal.

     

    <st1:personname w:st="on">GBOE</st1:personname>, a refereed journal, previously the award-winning* Journal of Organizational Excellence, is published six times a year and focuses on international business issues.  Unique in its focus on real-life, practical ways that organizations can achieve excellence, <st1:personname w:st="on">GBOE</st1:personname> is focused on best practices and managerial recommendations.  <st1:personname w:st="on">GBOE</st1:personname> attracts business professionals from across the world, eager to implement the constructive advice of experienced scholars in order to improve efficiency within their enterprises.

    <st1:personname w:st="on">GBOE</st1:personname> provides our readers with timely information on the techniques and strategies that organizations around the world are using to excel – that is, to effectively enhance their performance and competitive position in a global economy – while meeting the needs of all their stakeholders, including their employees, customers, owners, and communities.

     

    In view of the forthcoming International Management Development Association's Sixteenth Annual World Business Congress which my Assistant Editor and I will be attending, we also welcome any relevant research papers you may be presenting during the congress for publication consideration in <st1:personname w:st="on">GBOE</st1:personname>. 

     

    Furthermore, given that we are expanding the pool of high-quality reviewers, I would like to invite you to become a reviewer for our journal. Should you agree to be a reviewer for <st1:personname w:st="on">GBOE</st1:personname>, could you please inform me of your areas of expertise? We would call on your expertise no more than twice a year.
