Concerning the URL and email links, these seem to
usually work:

I am in the process of reviewing for the European Journal of International Management, Michael Minkov's book, "What Makes Us Different and Similar: A New Interpretation of the World Values Survey and Other Cross-Cultural Data", 2007, published by sales@klasikastel.com , http://www.klasikastel.com ; it’s an important book for cross-cultural theorists and practitioners, and Minkov packs a tremendous amount of literature review into 215 pages.
 
Dimensions are defined, “Exclusionism vs. Universalism” (Collectivism/Individualism), "Indulgence vs. Restraint", and "Monumentalism vs. Flexumility (self-flexibility and humility)", using Inglehart’s World Values Survey data, along with other sources.

In a recent email exchange with Prof. Geert Hofstede, he called my attention to the 2008 version of the Values Survey Module, VSM08 where the dimensions "Indulgence vs. Restraint" and "Monumentalism vs. Self-Effacement" are added to the original five value dimensions. See

“Self-Effacement” is mentioned several times in the paper:

but the “Flexumility” term is retained there.
