Volume 16, Issue 1 www.blackwell-synergy.com/toc/corg/16/1
The following set of articles are the first to be produced by the new, internationally-diverse editorial team at CGIR. This issue is now available free online. We encourage you to download these articles for free, and we welcome your future submissions and contributions to our journal.
Corporate Governance: An International Review (CGIR) is the premiere scholarly journal oriented to advancing inter-disciplinary theory and research on the antecedents and effects of national and international corporate governance systems. Our ultimate aim is to develop a global theory on corporate governance, so comparative conceptual and empirical studies of corporate governance practices and mechanisms are especially welcome.
