Please excuse the cross postings. We are in the process of conducting a meta-analysis on CEO Succession, specifically related to its antecedents (e.g. past performance, power of the CEO relative to the board), successor characteristics, the nature of previous CEO departure, and post-succession changes and performance. We now have coded the papers available in journals and conference proceedings, but are requesting your help to include unpublished studies related to this topic.
Specifically, if you have a correlation matrix of unpublished data that includes variables from one or more of the above areas we would appreciate the opportunity to include your findings.
