Title of my Master Thesis "Methods to enhance creativity and innovation of entrepreneurs"
Respondent Sample:
- Practitioners: Educators and trainers who provide learning experiences for professionals either in formal academic and non-formal settings. This includes academic teaching faculty, professional trainers, business coaches, and similar practitioners.
- Decision makers: Executives and leaders at organizations that provide learning experiences and/or would benefit from improved outcomes from lifelong learning for their stakeholders. This includes company executives, especially human resources, professional trade association officers, labor union officers, and similar leaders responsible for lifelong learning policies and decisions.
- Education policy experts: People involved in education reform and who have the opportunity to influence or contribute to important lifelong learning policy decisions throughout the reform process. This would include:
- Heads of programs and departments in education, finance and planning ministries at the national, federal and regional levels
- Academic, research and professional development institutions in education
- Program managers of nongovernmental organizations involved in development and implementation of national education policies
- Staff of international and bilateral agencies, e.g., the World Bank and UNDP, and the broader education development community.
I do my Master Thesis within the Project CAL4INO, and this survey is made from interview for the Project, that's why in many places interview is mentioned!
