With apologies for cross-posting
Dear colleagues,
We invite you to join us for a PDW on economic inequality on Saturday, August 10th from 12:15 until 2:15pm at WDW Coronado Springs M,N,P.
This workshop is sponsored by CMS, SIM, OMT, BPS and IM, and is open to all, whether inequality is at the heart of your research or simply a topic of curiosity.
Our PDW is a hands-on and interactive event, allowing you to work in small groups to consider key theoretical, empirical and practical issues associated with economic inequality, both within firms and at the level of nations and societies.
After four research briefings aimed at familiarizing you with key issues and posing provocative questions, you will join a table of peers organized around a key theme (theoretical, design-related or empirical, or pedagogical and practice-oriented). In your small group, you will work together with a facilitator to reflect on and address a key question related to your chosen theme. This is a wonderful opportunity to think about new research directions, meet new colleagues, and contribute to an important conversation about inequality and business.
Please see the attached poster for details.
If you are interested in participating, please email your name (and a question that you have about inequality and business) to Hari Bapuji, hari.bapuji@umanitoba.ca.
We look forward to having you join us for what promises to be an interesting and engaging afternoon.
Hari Bapuji & Lukas Neville
