My name is Tom Marx. I am a Professor and Director of the Center for Global Leadership at Lawrence Technological University in Southfield, Michigan. I am leading a study to assess the impacts of different business strategies (e.g., low-cost) on leadership functions, skills, traits, and behaviors in businesses (goods and/or services) in the for-profit sector.
