    Dear colleagues,

The Asian Institute of Management (AIM) Policy Center in partnership with the International Development Research Centre (IDRC) is organizing a policy and practitioner oriented conference entitled "Small Enterprises, Good Governance and Competition: Keys to Growth with Equity in Emerging Asia." This will be held from 7-9 November 2013 in Cebu City, Philippines.

The objective of the conference is to bring together scholars, experts, and practitioners in micro, small and medium scale enterprises in the hope that evidence-based policy discussions between the private sector and public policy makers can facilitate genuine reforms to unleash the potential of MSMEs as an engine of inclusive growth.

We are pleased to share with you our invitation and call for papers in the attached. This is your opportunity to network with fellow researchers and experts in the field and witness that indeed It's More Fun in the Philippines!

I would greatly appreciate it if you could also circulate this in your network.

I look forward to receiving your paper and meeting  you here in the Philippines.

    Sincerely,

    Steve Z. Almeda
