Dear doctoral students,
The 3rd biennial conference of the Indian Academy of Management (the India regional affiliate of the Academy of Management) invites you to submit your contributions to the 'doctoral students' mentoring programme'.
The mentoring programme will offer a unique opportunity for doctoral students to closely interact and discuss their research. Under the able guidance of experienced and prolific researcher(s), participating students may expect elaborate comments on their work-in-progress. The aim of the programme is an intensive discussion on the students' work in small groups (2-3), and under guidance of an experienced faculty member in their area of interest.
The programme is open to doctoral students who are in their intermediate stage of the doctoral journey. The students should be working on their thesis proposal, and should have clearly identified their theoretical grounding and proposed methodology.
The submission to the doctoral students' mentoring programme is a two-staged process. Students are required to submit only their abstract (less than 300 words), in Stage I. The submission window opens on June 1, 2013. For more details on the submission process, please refer to the conference website.
Submissions pertinent to the overall conference theme will be preferred over generic ones. For any clarifications/ queries, please feel free to write to iam2013@iimahd.ernet.in.
Looking forward to your submission and with best wishes,
IAM 2013 Organising Committee.
