Dear Ilan,
This is an interesting project. I believe that managers in Kazakhstan probably have a rather high level of cultural intelligence due to living in a historically bicultural society (Russian and Kazakh). They generally don't have much experience outside the region, however that is changing rapidly with the current generation of university graduates.
I should be able to access over 500 managers who have participated in our Continuing Education and Executive MBA programs in recent years.

We are seeking some non-US research partners for data collection and paper authorship relating to Cultural Intelligence. Over the last couple of years, Dr. Judith Meyers and I have developed a new cultural intelligence instrument, and we would like to collect more data to validate the instrument across markets. To participate as a co-author, you should be in a position to collect at least 500 observations from managers within the next 6 months. The instrument is available via Survey Monkey online for participating authors. Kindly contact me directly via email (ialon@rollins.edu) should you wish to cooperate.
