Faculty Position at Assistant Professor level in Human Resources at TOULOUSE BUSINESS SCHOOL – Campus of BARCELONA (Spain)

ESEC is the Campus of Toulouse Business School in Barcelona, reference city in the Mediterranean, capital of one of Spain's most entrepreneurial regions, a hub of art, culture and leisure, and a city with a high quality of life.
TBS is currently looking for an Assistant Professor – full time- in Human Resource Management for ESEC, its Barcelona Campus. The position should be filled by October 1st, 2013.
Tasks
1. To lecture in the undergraduate (Bachelor in Management) and graduate (Master in Management) programs
2. To provide support and coordination to the affiliated faculty, promoting curricular development.
3. To undertake independent research leading to publications in international journals, in association with other TBS researchers and/or Spanish based universities and research centres.
Job Requirements
1. PhD or doctorate (or near completion)
2. Demonstration of good teaching and coordination skills
3. Publications in peer reviewed journals and ability to maintain publishing activity
4. Ability to teach in English and Spanish (it is expected that, if not immediate, effective teaching in Spanish will be possible within a two years term)
5. Residence based in Barcelona from September 2013
6. French fluency is welcomed but not mandatory
TBS offers competitive salary with additional research publications bonus. Help in relocation can also be provided.
