The Managing People in Organizations Department at IESE Business School is searching for junior and/or mid-career candidates at the assistant/associate professor levels in the area of Orgnaizational Behavior / Human Resources or other related fields to join its faculty team.

Managing People in Organizations Department
The Managing People in Organizations department (merging Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management), is one of the largest in IESE Business School, with 27 faculty members. The department hosts two dedicated research centres and one chair with support of the business community to provide funds for research: IRCO (the International Research Centre on Organizations), ICWF (the International research Centre of Work and Family), and the SEAT Chair of Labour Relations. Moreover, the CCMN (Cross-Cultural Management Network), with associated partners in more than 20 countries across different continents, represents our commitment to pursuing cross-cultural research. The department is recruiting new faculty members (full-time Assistant and/or Associate Professor) to reinforce its research potential and to meet increasing teaching demands, especially in the international arena. To meet these objectives, we need the support of a highly-qualified, academically strong PhD in management, specialized in organizational behaviour and / or human resource management.
Requirements
Given the above tasks we look for the following profile:
- Ph.D. studies in Industrial / Organizational Psychology, Management, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management or related fields
- A demonstrated record of, or high potential of, solid scholarly research commensurate with the rank
- Passionate about teaching and interacting with students in MBA and executive programs
- Profound knowledge of statistics and rigorous research methods
