The California School of Professional Psychology (CSPP) of Alliant
International University is seeking a national leader in organizational
psychology to oversee and direct the School’s Master’s and Doctoral
Organizational Psychology Programs in San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego,
and Fresno. We seek an individual with a vision for the future of the field,
strong leadership skills, and a track record of excellence. Our
institutional mission is to provide students with the highest quality of
education through innovation in scholarship, professional training, applied
research, and community engagement. This individual will report to the CSPP
Dean and be responsible for 4 campus program directors, approximately 20
faculty and about 400 students. A PhD or equivalent in organizational
psychology or a related discipline is required.

The organizational psychology program at CSPP has graduated roughly 1150
alums with doctorates or masters degrees since it began in 1989, most of
whom go on to successful careers as organizational consultants. The faculty
members are experienced practitioners and published scholars, and coursework
involves considerable supervised fieldwork in addition to content knowledge
and training in research. The successful candidate will be a nationally
known organizational scholar, familiar with national trends and new
developments, committed to developing the program and making CSPP a national
and international leader in organizational psychology. She or he will have
significant leadership experience, exhibit the highest professional
standards and ethical principles, and will be committed to the tenets of
Alliant International University’s mission, vision, and four strategic
pillars (education for professional practice, scholarship, international and
    multicultural competencies, and community engagement).

Women, people of color, people with disabilities and people from other
underrepresented groups are encouraged to apply, as we actively seek to
increase diversity at all levels. Vita, representative publications and
three letters of recommendation should be sent to Dr. Danny Wedding, CSPP, 1
