    Dear colleagues.

My colleague Tejinder Billing (Rowan University) and I are conducting a qualitative study on Indian military leadership. We would like to include as many relevant studies as possible in our literature review. We are asking for help to located studies on Indian leadership or the Indian  military, particularly those authored by local researchers.

We are searching for published and unpublished studies on the Indian military or Indian leadership that would help us develop an indigenous model of Indian military leadership (specifically in a combat setting). If you could forward the papers or references, we would be very grateful. We are also keen to locate unpublished dissertations in India that may not be accessible on the Internet. We could possibly arrange to have pdf  copies made and mailed to us.

We are also planning on being in India for ongoing research this summer and would welcome expressions of interest in our research. Please forward this email to potential collaborators.

Our contact information is: Kelly.Fisher@tamuk.edu and billing@rowan.edu.

Thanks so much for your assistance.
