    Greetings,

    My name is Avis Winifred Rupert, and I am a professor from the United States teaching in an international setting.

    I am conducting a survey of 1000 professionals across 5 industries on the use of the electronic portfolio as an application tool in varying industries.  If you agree to participate in the survey follow the 2 brief steps below.  The final question on the survey allows interested participants to receive the survey results.
