This is a reminder that the deadline for submissions to the Eastern Academy of Management (EAM) conference is quickly approaching (January 19).
We look forward to receiving your papers, symposia, cases, exercises, and proposals for the 52nd EAM conference to be held at Philadelphia’s Doubletree by Hilton Center City May 6-9, 2015. We have been working hard to make the 2015 conference our most innovative and exciting conference ever and we are pleased to announce a full schedule of new programming!
The Eastern Academy of Management will feature two management thought leaders who exemplify our “Authenticity for the Future” conference theme.
- Richard Boyatzis, Case Western Reserve University Distinguished University Professor (recently selected as one of the top 10 international thinkers by HR Magazine) will be presenting an interactive session on Resonant Leadership Through Emotional Intelligence: Inspiring Us to be Our Best. Dr. Boyatzis is the inaugural presenter in the Distinguished Scholar Speaker Series.
- William George, former Medtronic Chair & Chief Executive and Harvard Business School Professor of Management Practice, will be honored for his work on authentic leadership and will speak on the Transformation of Leaders.
