    Dear colleagues (apologies for cross-posting),

     

    Please see attached details of a call for proposals for Special Issues of Human Resource Management Journal (HRMJ).

     

    HRMJ is a scholarly journal which seeks to promote the understanding of HRM to academics and practicing managers. HRMJ seeks to publish scholarly articles on any aspect of employment studies but especially those focused on issues related to the management of people at work. Special Issue proposals with an international focus on HRM and employment relations are welcome. HRMJ aims to provide an international forum for discussion and debate and to stress the critical importance of people management to wider economic, political and social concerns.

     

    According to the ISI Journal Citation Reports, HRMJ is ranked 2/17 in Industrial Relations and Labor and 51/185 in Management. The current impact factor is 1.86. The Chartered Association of Business Schools' Academic Journal Guide 2015 recently upgraded HRMJ to a '4'. The journal is also ranked as an 'A' on the Australian Business Deans Council Journal Rankings List.
