    Position Description

    The School of Management at Binghamton University (State University of New York at Binghamton) seeks to fill a position at the assistant professor level in the area of strategic management, starting in the fall of 2016, pending budget approval.  Research should primarily address issues related to business/corporate strategies at the national and global levels.  The teaching component (2 + 2) requires delivering required/elective courses in Strategic Management and International Business at the undergraduate and master's program level.

    Job Requirements

    Candidates must have a completed PhD by 9-1-16 in Strategic Management / International Management.  The candidate should  demonstrate sound training and the ability to publish in top strategy journals, as well as the ability to deliver top-quality classroom teaching.  The school supports quality research and teaching with a two-course/semester teaching load, summer stipends for the first three years, and minimal service requirements.  Interested candidates should address all correspondence to Professor Thomas Kelly, Chair of Search Committee, and post a curriculum vita and other supporting documents to (http://binghamton.interviewexchange.com).
