Georgia State University Buckhead Center, Atlanta, GA
Organized by The George Washington University center for International Business Education & Research (GW-CIBER)
With the support of The Georgia State University CIBER
The objective of this workshop is to discuss current global migration trends, acquaint faculty with the local migrant/diaspora business community, and explore ways to integrate these issues into various courses taught in business schools. The emphasis will be on the importance and role of migrants and diasporans as entrepreneurs, investors, and market segments. The participants will meet "real world" people leveraging the diaspora for their business models and will receive curricular tools to teach about this in their own classrooms.
