Objectives of the EJIM Research Forum:
This annual research forum has two main objectives: (1) To promote the study of pressing global management issues that have both scholarly and practical significance, particularly those with important public policy implications. (2) To provide a forum for thought leaders from academia, industry, and government to discuss such research issues and interact with members of the Academy of Management. The inaugural forum will examine management issues related to national care health from the economics, cultural, and strategic choice perspectives, with focus on their possible impact on the international competitiveness of firms and nations.
Special Issue:
EJIM will publish a special issue in December 2011 focusing on national health care systems. Details will be provided later in a separate Call for Papers.
