    POST-DOCTORAL RESEARCH FELLOW

     

    This is a one year term appointment at the Global Mindset Institute. The Post-Doctoral Research Fellow will perform the following duties:

    • Manage the Global Mindset database of almost 12000 respondents.
    • Conduct a wide range of statistical and psychometric analyses based on the Global Mindset database.  Expertise in Structural Equation Modeling is a requirement.
    • Help prepare academic and nonacademic publications to disseminate the Global Mindset research findings.
    • Help prepare conference presentations for academic and nonacademic audiences.

     

    Education and qualifications:

    • Ph.D. degree in Industrial Psychology/International Management/Management/Organizational Behavior
    • Advanced expertise in SPSS
    • Advanced expertise in statistical methodologies
    • Advanced expertise in psychometrics
    • Strong writing and communications skills

     

    Salary: $45,000
