Apologies for cross-posting and for a relatively short deadline!
Dear Colleagues,
I would like to kindly invite you to submit your papers to The WSB University in Poznan Research Journal's Special Issue: Innovations, knowledge and human resources in the development of organizations.
Theme overview:
The organizations develop and flourish when they are able to access or create unique resources and capabilities which can be a source of sustained competitive advantage. In this special issue we would like to have a look at the source of this advantage looking at three areas: innovation management, knowledge management and human resources. We look forward to papers which explore these three distinct areas both independently or in conjunction.
