    The George Mason University School of Management is accepting
    applications for a seasoned scholar in the area of Organizational
    Behavior/Human Resource Management to join us in Fall 2007. Candidates
    must have at least two years of full-time faculty experience at the time
    of application to be considered. Appointment may be at any level, with
    tenure being possible for associate and full professors. Salary will be
    commensurate with experience and rank.

    Qualifications include: (1) an earned doctorate (ABD candidates will not
    be considered) in a business or related discipline. (2) a track record
    of publishing in top-tier OB/HR journals, and (3) the immediate ability
    to teach effectively at all levels, particularly at the MBA and EMBA
    levels. (4) We are especially interested in candidates who are prepared
    to teach courses on Change Management or on Leadership at the executive
    level.

    The management area has 13 tenure-track faculty in the areas of
    Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Strategic

    laboratory research.
