Title: Request for unpublished studies for meta-analysis: expatriate adjustment

    Dear members,

We are currently conducting a meta-analysis of the expatriate adjustment literature. To supplement published research, we are looking for unpublished manuscripts (working papers, dissertations, conference presentations, etc.) that explore the relationship between specific dimensions of intelligence (e.g., cultural intelligence) or personality traits (e.g., the Big Five) and expatriate adjustment. If you have any unpublished quantitative studies conducted with an employee sample that examine the relationship between expatriate adjustment and any of the following variables, we would greatly appreciate if you could send us a copy of your work:

    • cultural intelligence,
    • emotional intelligence,
    • general intelligence,
    • personality (e.g., the Big Five, Multicultural Personality)

Please email your study to: yu.han4@carleton.ca. Thank you very much in advance for your help!

    Best regards,

    Jade Han
