Professional Development Workshop: Global Mindset and Global Leadership

This PDW focuses on a new approach to conceptualizing, measuring and developing global leadership. It will present details about the global mindset project at Thunderbird, the Graduate School of Global Management. As part of the workshop, participants are invited to complete the Thunderbird Global Mindset Inventory (TGMI) and will receive an individualized feedback report.
Learning Objectives include:
· Overview of Global Mindset, its definition and measurement
· Explore why and how global mindset is a new paradigm for understanding Global Leadership
· Review of the results of surveys of over 5000 individuals in many countries
· Develop a research agenda to advance the theoretical and empirical development of Global Leadership
· Explore intervention strategies to developing global leadership
Format of the workshop:
· Overview of Global Mindset, its measurement, and empirical results
· Description of individualized feedback reports
· Break into round table discussions for advancing Global Leadership research

· Upon registering, you will receive a link to Thunderbird Global Mindset Inventory (TGMI) to be completed by July 25. The internet based survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete
