Title: Sources of Workplace Spirituality Facilitation: Strategies of organizational implementation of spirituality

Majority of workplace spirituality work is preoccupied with demonstrating its tangible benefits and impacts of workplace spiritual capitals. However, management strategies on how spirituality and faith can be communicated, nurtured, cultivated, and developed in organizations are not obvious in spirituality literature. This PDW is aimed at initiating discussion on sources of workplace spiritual capital and organizational implementation strategies to implement spiritual capitals into workplace. We also like to address that This PDW will function as a platform for scholars to discuss contexts where and how individuals cultivate spiritual capitals in a workplace. Discussion will be held under a proposed framework of analysis in following three sources of spiritual capital, 1st, 2nd, 3rd person spirituality. The workshop consists of three segments of panel presentation, small group discussion and paper development workshop.

Discussion will be held under a proposed framework of analysis in following three sources of spiritual capital, 1st, 2nd, 3rd person spirituality. 1st person spirituality: prayers, moments of silence, meditation reflection, and individual's conversation with one's own source of spiritual guidance 2nd person: strategic activities of community spiritual gatherings such as church or religious support groups. Third person spirituality: counseling sessions with spiritual leaders and/or trained organizational leaders in religions and religious practices

The first segment starts off with a panel discussion, in which leading scholars present their views on how and where individuals develop, cultivate, retain, and sustain their spiritual capitals in a workplace. At the same time, panel can address opportunities and challenges seeking spirituality from each source amidst globalization,  changing workplace and diversity.  Finally, panel will discuss on possibility on network of researchers to pursue theory of source based spirituality.
