Vipin:
I just visited Ireland. Yes, they had a real estate bubble that burst and, as a result, banks are having challenges and there is unemployment. However, it seems as though many of the unemployed are enjoying a good social safety net (compensation) and everything seems very expensive. Those Euros spend like dollars but cost one-third more. It may be more affordable than in the past but still seems expensive.
The best.

Dear Vipin,
If you are considering options in Europe, the UCD school of business, which is ranked among the top European business schools, has several excellent options for both UG and graduate visiting students. And, 'thanks' to the impact of the recession on Ireland, its cost of living is much more affordable for American students than in the past. Please email me directly for more details.
Warm wishes,
Jacob

Subject: Suggetions requested for Term Abroad for our business students
This year, at California State University San Bernardino, we have introduced a new curriculum for international business majors both for undergraduate as well as the graduate students in business administration. The new curriculum offers an option to the students to choose to study one term abroad.
We are looking for affordable options for our students to study one term abroad (ten to fifteen weeks) during the regular academic year or in the summer. Our requirements are:
1) program should offer advanced undergraduate and graduate level business courses
2) the business courses offered should be in English language
3) the tuition/ program fee should be affordable
We are also interested in the study abroad programs that could offer an internship option to our students.
I will appreciate if you could send me information/ brochures/website links on the inbound international study abroad students at your university, or on the affordable outbound term abroad programs that are popular with students at your university.
Thanking in advance,
Vipin Gupta
