Colleagues,

I am working on a review of the literature on issues related to global performance management systems.  Encompassed in this effort I am looking for academic and practitioner materials on:

1)      Comparative and cross cultural performance management systems, criteria and perspectives;

2)      Integrated global performance management systems and issues as practiced by multinational enterprises (MNEs);

3)      Performance metrics applied by MNEs;

4)      Any cases or firm-specific reports of practices by sophisticated global firms.

I would very much appreciate it If you could direct me to any such articles, working papers, manuscripts or reports. When in doubt, send me the materials or citation.
