ASSISTANT/ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR IN ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR/HUMAN RESOURCE
The Nanyang Business School (NBS) at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) invites applications for tenure-track positions (Assistant/Associate Professor) in the area of Organizational Behavior/Human Resource with the Division of Strategy, Management and Organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree from a recognized university and have an outstanding research record or work in progress in top-tier journal publications. In addition, applicants have to show evidence of teaching excellence at undergraduate and/or graduate-level.

The research interests and competencies of our OB/HR faculty members include culture science, cultural intelligence, global leadership, teams, global talent management, and human resource practices. Our research is published in top international OB and HR journals.
We run three unique research centers in the world:
The Center for Leadership and Cultural Intelligence (CLCI) leads in generating knowledge, assessments and programs for developing culturally intelligent individuals, teams, and organizations. CLCI collaborates extensively with the Center for Leadership Development (CLD) at the SAFTI Military Institute and the Singapore Armed Forces-NTU Academy to develop leadership technologies, education and science associated with military leadership.
The Culture Science Institute (CSI) investigates cultural issues of national and global importance holistically, from brain-based, cognitive, behavioral, evolutionary, and life science perspectives.
The Asian Business Case Center (ABCC) houses more than 150 business cases. It specialises in teaching and researching Asian management and business using the case method.
