The Islamic management of organizational justice in Islamic Institutions has the potential to create powerful benefits for both organizations and employees alike.These include increased trust and commitment, enhanced job performance, beneficial citizenship behaviors,higher levels of customer satisfaction, and decreased conflict.
Suggested topics for this book include, but are not restricted to, the following:
Islamic Distributive Justice and Islamic Equity
Islamic Procedural Justice and the allocation process;
Islamic Interactional and Interpersonal Justice;
Islamic Informational Justice;
Impact of the Islamic Management of Organizational Justice;
Building Islamic Justice into Management Systems;
Building a Culture of Justice;
Paper Procedure: Initial abstract submissions must be received between June 20 and August 30, 2012. Manuscripts should adhere to the APA Style and Format . If you have questions or suggestions regarding manuscripts, please direct them to: Djamel Eddine Laouisset (

All submissions will be subject to a rigorous double-blind peer review process.Invitations to revise and resubmit will follow initial submissions in approximately 3 months. The final deadline for revised submissions is December 15, 2012. Final acceptances will be made by March, 2013.
