INTRODUCTION
Patience Intelligence (PI) is a new concept in organizational research inspired by Islamic Teachings of "SABR" and is mainly characterized by facets such as self-management and relationship management. Patience Intelligence (PI) would be defined as the capacity to recognize (management of awareness / perception), appraise (management of understanding / attitude / cognition), and monitor emotions (management of self / conflicts / behavior) and express relations with others (managing / leading others). The goal of Patience Intelligence (PI) is to realize optimal organizational effectiveness, whereby people can manage themselves and others without much formal managerial interventions. Meeting this challenge of Patience Intelligence (PI) requires a rigorous academic inquiry. To this end, using formal academic inquiry, theoretical and practical aspects of Patience Intelligence (PI) will be conceptually specified and refined in order to achieve foundations and practice of Patience Intelligence (PI).From the above characteristics, novel approaches, methodologies, models, tools and techniques will arise in this emerging concept of Patience Intelligence (PI).
