    Attention Ph.D. students in international HRM!

    Apply to attend the Doctoral Consortium Program at the IHRM Conference on June 28th, 2023!

    Join experienced academics like     Mila Lazarova, Helen De Cieri, and Marion Festing, and your fellow Ph.D. students to share and receive feedback on your research in the IHRM field. The program includes panels, feedback sessions, and discussions on topics like finishing your dissertation, finding your dream job, becoming an effective educator, and much more.

    To apply, complete the application form and upload your CV and research abstract by April 10th, 2023.

    Application Process:

    There is no extra charge for the Consortium but you will need to: 

    • Register for the IHRM Conference and attend the Conference (registration is opening soon).
    • Register for the Consortium by completing an application form by April 10 2023 (Link for submissions: https://web-eur.cvent.com/event/15dddda6-b556-42bc-8a17-a4fd0ccf1b82/websitePage:bb38e7e4-6e25-4a22-91e2-8fd071e4c91b)
    • You will be asked to upload a 1-2 page CV with your contact information, education, research/teaching interests, publications, and conference presentations. 
    • You will also be asked to upload an extended abstract (max 1500 words or up to 6 pages) of your research paper/dissertation and one issue on which you want to receive specific feedback (for example, theoretical framing, positioning in the literature, etc.) *
