Dear IM Division Members,
On behalf of the IM Division, I am pleased to announce the election of our next Executive Committee member, Jing Li (Simon Fraser University). Jing will be the PDW Chair for the AOM 2027 conference and will serve a five-year term (2027-2032).
Jing has been an active contributor to the Academy of Management and the IM Division through her scholarship, editorial, and conference leadership roles. Jing's experience and commitment to international management scholarship and practice will greatly benefit the Division.
This year's election participation reached a ten-year high for the IM Division, and we are deeply grateful to our community for this strong engagement. Thank you to both candidates who stood for election and to all members who took the time to vote; your involvement is essential to sustaining a vibrant, inclusive, and globally focused IM community.
