Aims and Scope of the Special Issue:

This special issue aims to advance our understanding of how firms navigate digital transformation, focusing on Asia's distinctive context, characterised by unique technological specialisation patterns, diverse institutional arrangements, intensifying geopolitical tensions over strategic technologies, and culturally shaped responses to digitalisation. We particularly welcome submissions that adopt an international perspective, with a specific emphasis on cross-regional dynamics, including but not limited to investigations of foreign firms' operations in Asia, Asian firms in Europe, and comparative frameworks spanning other regions.
