    Dear colleagues,

We are pleased to invite you to participate in the WAIB 3rd Annual Paper Coaching Workshop, to be held on Saturday, June 28, 2025, from 1:30 PM - 4:30 PM (local time) in Louisville, Kentucky, USA.

This workshop focuses on research related to gender, diversity, and inclusion in the field of international business. We especially welcome scholars exploring the roles and experiences of marginalized and underrepresented stakeholders in the global economy. Relevant themes include (but are not limited to): gender, race, disability, age, cultural and socioeconomic diversity, international diversification, and ESG-related sustainability.

The 2025 workshop will feature three interactive segments:

    🔹Panel Insights
An open panel session to hear from distinguished scholars who will share their expertise on crafting impactful research and navigating the publication process.

    🔹Idea Generation & Pitching
This hands-on session is ideal for newcomers to the field. Through small-group discussions, participants will generate innovative research ideas-including exploratory, interdisciplinary, and unconventional perspectives. Participants will pitch their ideas and vote on the most promising concept.
To help us plan ahead, please sign up here to indicate your interest.

    🔹Paper Development Roundtables
A closed session for scholars with extended abstract submissions, these small-group coaching discussions provide in-depth feedback to support ongoing paper development.
