The College of Business at Michigan Technological University invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in Management, beginning Fall 2025. We are looking for a candidate with primary expertise in Organizational Behavior and an ability to teach in the following areas: International Management, Leadership, and Human Resource Management. The University offers competitive salaries and attractive benefits commensurate with qualifications and experience. The successful candidate must have earned a doctorate in management or a closely related discipline from an AACSB-accredited institution by the time of employment.
