Don't just imply - show us the evidence! Many journals have required managerial implications for many years. But this has not resulted in ample impact on practice and policy. It's time to get beyond implications.
In our latest special issue, due January 31, 2027, Academy of Management Perspectives welcomes your rigorous original research that turns managerial implications into evidence that can clearly guide practice and policy.
You have a full calendar year to peruse managerial implications that have been published in any of the established AOM journals, and to then analyze any that have been underdeveloped or ignored thus far.
We have a stellar team of guest editors: Julian Birkinshaw, Tom Lyon, Denise M. Rousseau, Majken Schultz & Mo Wang.
